What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment via Venmo (@mnmprolabs), Zelle (info@mnmprolabs.com), and Cash App ($mnmprolabs). After placing your order, please include your order number in the notes or memo section when submitting payment so we can properly match it to your order. Orders remain pending until payment is received and verified. Once verified, you will receive follow-up information, and tracking will be sent after your order has been processed for shipment. If payment is not received within 5 business days, the order may be canceled.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We take reasonable measures to protect your order and payment-related information. Because payments are submitted through Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle, your financial transaction is processed through those respective platforms and is subject to their security systems and privacy practices. MNM ProLabs only uses the information necessary to confirm and match your payment to your order, such as your order number, payment method, and payment confirmation details. We do not sell or share your payment information for unrelated purposes. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed after payment has been received and verified. Once your order is placed, it will remain in pending payment status until payment is confirmed. After verification, you will receive a follow-up email with additional information, and tracking will be sent shortly after your order has been processed for shipment. To avoid delays, please include your order number in the notes or memo section when sending payment. If payment is not received within 5 business days, your order may be canceled.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Absolutely. All our popular Research Compounds come with a COA showing purity, composition, and microbiological testing results. COAs are available for download in your account or by request.
How long do Compounds remain stable?
Lyophilized Compounds stored properly can remain stable for 2-3 years. Once reconstituted, most Compounds should be used within 30 days when refrigerated. Specific storage instructions are included with each product.
Are your products legal?
Our Compounds are sold for research purposes only and comply with all applicable regulations. They are not intended for human consumption or therapeutic use.
Are your Compounds approved by the FDA?
No. Our Compounds are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are intended for research and laboratory use only and are not for human consumption, medical use, or diagnostic purposes.
Do you make any medical or therapeutic claims?
No. We do not claim that any of our products can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All product descriptions and content on this website are for informational and educational purposes only.
What does “For Research Use Only” mean?
“For Research Use Only” (RUO) means that these products are not intended for human or animal consumption and are to be used solely for laboratory or scientific research. Using them for any other purpose may violate FDA regulations.
Are your labels and descriptions FDA-reviewed?
No. Product labels and descriptions are not reviewed or approved by the FDA. However, we take care to ensure all content complies with FDA and FTC guidelines for accuracy and transparency.
Do you sell products for human consumption or medical use?
No. We do not sell, promote, or distribute any products intended for human consumption, injection, or medical treatment. All products are clearly labeled For Research Use Only.
